- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup pineapple slices (optional)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Grill or bake the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side or 20 minutes at 375°F.
- Let the chicken rest before shredding it with two forks.
- Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl until coated.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them completely. Fill each roll with BBQ chicken, then top with coleslaw and optional pineapple slices.
- Serve immediately on a platter and enjoy!
