Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 1 medium red bell pepper (cut into chunks)
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper (cut into chunks)
- 1 medium red onion (cut into chunks)
- 1 medium zucchini (sliced into thick rounds)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
- In a large bowl, mix BBQ sauce, olive oil, and garlic powder.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until well-coated. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Assemble skewers by alternating marinated chicken pieces and vegetables.
- Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is nicely charred.
- Serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
