- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a round cake pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing briefly after each addition.
- Incorporate the heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing gently.
- Fold in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before refrigerating for at least two hours before serving.
