- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup full-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and sesame oil until smooth. Adjust spice level if needed.
- Pat each salmon fillet dry with paper towels, season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet and coat generously with the sauce, reserving some for later.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle reserved sauce over the baked salmon and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
