- 4 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 6 cups day-old bread (torn into pieces)

- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, melted butter, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Place the torn bread in the greased baking dish and pour the custard mixture over it. Gently stir to coat.
- Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
