- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts, then season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and olive oil until combined.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to an oven-safe dish, pour any leftover marinade over it, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
