Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fillets in the baking dish and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
