- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels for even baking.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each fillet, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seasoned cod.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges or fresh herbs if desired.
