Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and chopped herbs until well combined.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and coat evenly with the olive oil mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and chicken is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with your choice of sides.
