Instructions
- Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with lemon juice and sea salt until creamy but slightly chunky.
- Generously spread the avocado mixture over each slice of toasted bread.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, or your favorite toppings.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
