Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and apple cider until smooth.
- Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- Fill the donut pan halfway with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow donuts to cool slightly before rolling them in cinnamon-sugar.
