- 3–4 ripe bananas (mashed)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 cup nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Stir in the beaten eggs, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- If desired, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
