Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cacao)
- 3 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 400ml heavy cream
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler until smooth; let cool slightly.
- In a clean bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar while beating to stiff peaks.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks appear.
- Fold one-third of the whipped cream into the melted chocolate, then gently fold in half of the egg whites. Repeat with remaining whipped cream and egg whites.
- Divide into serving cups and refrigerate for at least two hours until set.
