- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly shredded jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the seared chicken.
- Top each breast with shredded jack cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot alongside rice or vegetables.
