  • 8 oz Fettuccine or Penne Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, season steak with salt and pepper. Sear for about 4 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached. Let rest before slicing.
  4. Lower heat and sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant. Add heavy cream and half of the reserved pasta water; mix in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Slice the steak against the grain and add it to the sauce along with cooked pasta. Toss to combine, adding more reserved water if needed for creaminess.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese and fresh herbs.
