- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
- Fill the donut pan halfway with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each cooled donut into the chocolate glaze and set on wire racks to allow the glaze to harden.
