- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp mint extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy, then add powdered sugar and mint extract, mixing until well blended.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
