- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder and sugar until combined.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time, mixing well. Fold in flour gently.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sour cream and sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla and eggs until blended.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the prepared pan, add dollops of cheesecake mixture, then top with remaining brownie batter and swirl gently.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set around edges; center may jiggle slightly.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
