- 1 cup whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup aged cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded (smoked preferred)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly across the surface.
- Layer the cheeses starting with mozzarella, followed by cheddar, gouda, and parmesan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired and let cool slightly before slicing.
