- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
