Instructions

- Create the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently. Once simmering, gradually add grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce: Drain fettuccine, reserving some pasta water. Toss pasta into the skillet with the sauce, adding reserved water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Add Final Touches: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
