- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before removing from the pan.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight for best texture.
- Top with washed fresh berries before serving.
