Instructions
- Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Add seasoned steak bites in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Sear each side for 2-3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked through.
- Pour the glaze over the steak bites and let bubble for another minute until thickened.
- Serve hot with toothpicks or skewers for easy snacking.
