Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish; pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Sprinkle chopped herbs on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
