Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- During the last few minutes of baking, brush the reserved marinade over each fillet for added flavor.
- Serve immediately with steamed vegetables or rice.
