- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices (or other desired toppings)
- Pizza sauce for dipping
- Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using store-bought dough, let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough; sprinkle with mozzarella and arrange pepperoni on top.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll up the dough into a log shape and seal the edges.
- Cut the log into 1-inch pieces and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush olive oil on top of each roll and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
