Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add ground meat, onion, and garlic; cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning; scrape any bits from the bottom.
- Add broken lasagna noodles; ensure they're submerged in liquid. Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release. Stir in ricotta until creamy.
- Top with shredded mozzarella while warm and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
