Instructions
- Prepare the pineapple by cutting off the top and bottom, removing the skin, and slicing it into thick rings.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, cinnamon, and lime juice.
- Brush each pineapple ring with melted butter and grill for about 3-4 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
- During the last minute of grilling, generously brush the honey mixture on each ring to caramelize.
- Serve warm with any remaining honey drizzle on top.
