- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Brush the cut sides of peaches lightly with olive oil.
- Place peach halves cut side down on the grill; cook for about 4-5 minutes until caramelized and grill marks appear.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Serve grilled peaches cut side up; dollop honey yogurt generously over each half.
- Top with chopped pistachios if desired, then serve warm.
