Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush olive oil over the dough, then layer with mozzarella and tomato slices.
- Place the pizza on the grill and close the lid; cook for 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
- Remove from grill, sprinkle with fresh basil, slice, and serve hot.
