Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F or 200°C).
- Husk the corn, removing outer husks and silk. Rinse under cold water if necessary.
- Generously spread butter over each ear of corn.
- Season with salt and pepper, adding chili powder if desired.
- Grill corn directly on grates for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and charred.
- Serve hot, optionally topping with grated Parmesan cheese.
