Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and optional spices like garlic powder or ginger.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop pineapple, bell peppers, and red onion while the chicken marinates.
- Thread marinated chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; lightly oil grates.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through with golden brown char.
