Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined. Form into 8 small patties.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
- Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached. Add cheese during the last minute if desired.
- Toast slider buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble sliders by placing each patty on a bun and adding toppings like lettuce and tomato.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
