Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes while stirring frequently.
- Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well to coat every strand with the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
