- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Melt butter in the hot skillet; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook without moving for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the fillets carefully, pour in lemon juice, and add more butter if desired. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving.
