- 2 fresh fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or salmon)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Season both sides of the fish fillets generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Place the seasoned fish fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the remaining butter just before serving, spooning it over the fish.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
