Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper and place it in a roasting pan.
- 2. Combine sliced onions and minced garlic; spread over the roast and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- 3. Cook for about three hours until fork-tender. Let rest before slicing thinly against the grain.
- 4. Cut slider rolls in half; layer sliced beef and cheese on each bottom half, then replace tops.
- 5. Bake assembled sliders at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- 6. Serve hot with warm beef broth as dipping sauce.
