- 1 pound pizza dough
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, shredded
- 4 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz ricotta cheese
- 4 oz parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone if available.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough and spread evenly.
- Layer shredded mozzarella over the base, followed by dollops of ricotta and crumbles of gorgonzola. Finish with grated parmesan.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before slicing; garnish with fresh basil before serving.
