Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and then mix in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stirring until just combined (lumps are fine).
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat; lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form (about 2-3 mins), then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Keep finished pancakes warm in a low oven while cooking the remaining batter.
