- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; a few lumps are fine.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Using a ladle, pour batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (1-2 minutes).
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
