Instructions
- Gather all ingredients before starting to ensure a smooth process.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, and melted butter; whisk until frothy.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
- Preheat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 3-4 minutes), flip, and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup, fruits, or whipped cream!
