- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss shrimp with taco seasoning in a bowl until well coated.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute per side.
- Assemble tacos by layering grilled shrimp, cilantro, tomatoes, and cabbage on each tortilla.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and serve immediately.
