- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped (120g)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (120ml)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50g)
- 4 large flour tortillas (300g)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
- Lay tortillas flat; layer with romaine lettuce, chicken strips, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly around the fillings. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately.
