- ½ tsp freshly cracked pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice and zest; simmer gently.
- Grill the salmon skin-side down for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky.
- Serve the salmon drizzled with lemon butter sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
