Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and drained cucumber.
- Mince the garlic and add it along with lemon juice; stir until well mixed.
- Incorporate dill, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
- Drizzle in olive oil and stir until combined.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
