- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
- Slice the beef into thin strips against the grain; prepare the bell peppers by slicing them into thin strips.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger; set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear beef strips for about 2 minutes until browned and remove from the pan.
- Stir-fry bell peppers in the same skillet for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return beef to the skillet along with any juices; pour in teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
