Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are well-coated and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange marinated salmon on the lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
