- 10–12 chicken drumsticks
- 5–6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels for crispy skin.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine drumsticks with half the garlic butter, salt, pepper, and paprika; toss to coat.
- Arrange drumsticks on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle remaining garlic butter over hot drumsticks before serving.
