- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup fresh pecans
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the chilled pie crust into a greased pie pan and trim any excess dough.
- In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
- Stir in toasted pecans until evenly distributed.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and bake for 60-70 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
