  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 12 oz fusilli or penne pasta
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
